We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your holster doesn't provide the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Item
Securely place the holster in its original box and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
